How it works
See what’s possible. Then build what matters.
Most businesses are only using a fraction of what AI and technology can do. Peridive learns how yours works, finds where technology can make the biggest difference, and gives you a clear recommendation before anything gets built.
We learn how the business actually operates.
Which systems, which people, what’s working, where things get stuck, and what you want to be true in two years. This takes conversations — virtually or in person — not just a questionnaire.
Then we tell you what is worth doing, in order.
Not everything found in step one deserves a project. Peridive weighs each gap by the time it would save or the revenue it would uncover, and hands you a written recommendation: what to do first, what to leave alone, and why. Nothing gets built until you have seen it.
Start with the tools already in your business.
QuickBooks, your CRM, booking system, marketing platform, payroll software — most businesses use only part of what their existing technology can do. Peridive connects and extends those tools first, then builds something new when there is a real reason to.
Your business changes. Technology keeps moving.
Peridive can stay close after the first project — maintaining what has been built, improving it over time, and helping you evaluate new opportunities as they come up.
We don’t resell software or earn a margin on what you buy, so the recommendation can be whatever is actually right.
Practical AI for businesses
There are entirely new ways to run a business now.
“Which locations are actually growing, and why?”
Today, getting the answer may take several people, multiple reports, and a day or two. With connected data, it can take seconds.
“Who are we dropping the ball on?”
Customer history, sales activity, and follow-up may live in different places. AI can bring that information together and show who needs attention now.
“Why does it take so long to get a simple report?”
Live data can keep reports current automatically, giving leaders a clear view of the business without rebuilding the same spreadsheets every week.
“Which marketing channel actually brings us our best customers?”
Marketing knows which campaigns generated leads. Finance knows who spent money. Connecting the data reveals which campaigns produced the most valuable customers.
Questions
The questions people ask first.
“How long before we see anything?”
Work is scoped so there is something usable early rather than one delivery at the end. A first useful output lands in weeks, not quarters. If a proposal cannot tell you what you will have and roughly when, that is a reason to be skeptical of it, including when it comes from Peridive.
“What does it cost?”
It depends on the scope: how many systems are involved, what condition the data is in, and how much gets built versus connected. The typical shape is an implementation fee for the first project and a recurring retainer for Peridive to stay, keep it working and keep improving it as the business changes. You get a written scope with a price before any work starts, and Peridive does not resell software or earn a margin on what you buy, so nothing in it is there because it pays.
“Do we have to replace the systems we already use?”
Almost never, and Peridive will not suggest it lightly. The work starts by reading from what you already run — the booking system or CRM, point of sale, accounting, payroll, ad platforms — and connecting it rather than replacing it. Most businesses use only part of what they already own, and that is usually the cheaper place to start.
“We’ve tried something like this before and it didn’t stick.”
Most have. Usually the software was not the problem: nobody owned the part where it met the actual business, so it was built once, never fit properly, and quietly stopped being used. That is the part Peridive owns, which is also why engagements start small and produce something usable early.
“What if it doesn’t work, or we want to stop?”
You can. Your data and every report, definition and output produced for you are yours to keep, in a form you can use without Peridive. What runs on Peridive’s own platform stops with the engagement. Work is staged so that judgment comes early and cheaply, not after a year.
