What we collect, and what we don’t.

Last updated October 8, 2026.

This notice covers information Peridive collects about visitors to this website and business contacts. Information Peridive handles for a client under a contract, including any patient information, is governed by that contract, not by this notice.

What we collect

What you give us when you fill in a form, email us, or talk to us: typically your name, company, email address, and whatever you write. When you submit a form we also record the time, your browser type, a one-way hashed form of your IP address that we use to limit abuse (we don’t keep the address itself), and, for the questionnaire, a random session id so a reload doesn’t lose your answers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. For businesses we may contact, we also collect publicly available business information: the company website, public business contact details, and news.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. We don’t track you across other websites and don’t respond to Do Not Track signals, because there is nothing to switch off. This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13; we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Please don’t send confidential, customer or patient information through this website. It is not a secure channel and is not covered by any agreement between us. If you send that kind of information anyway, you do so at your own risk; we will delete it when we find it, and we can’t promise it was protected in the meantime.

How we use it

To respond to you, to provide and improve our services, to run our business, and to send business communications you can stop at any time — including the answers you give in the questionnaire, which we keep alongside your message. Before we reply, we may look up your company from public sources, and we use an AI research service to help with that; it receives your contact details and the answers you chose from our lists, never anything you wrote in your own words, it runs only when we start it, and it keeps its working notes until we delete them. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Who receives it

Service providers that work on our behalf — hosting and infrastructure, communication and productivity tools, and AI-assisted tools we use in our work — each receiving only what it needs. Today those are Cloudflare (hosting, form handling and storage), Google Workspace (spreadsheet, chat and email), and Anthropic (AI research). We may also disclose information when the law requires it. Data may be processed in the United States or wherever our providers operate.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and questionnaire answers as business records for up to two years after our last contact with you, then delete them. Ask sooner and we delete them from every place they were stored, including any research brief.

Your choices

Email hello@peridive.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Business emails we send identify Peridive, carry a postal address, and tell you how to stop; if you ask us to stop, we stop.
